Sam at reception was such a bright light; kind, calming, and genuinely lovely to talk to. She completely shifted my mood before the appointment had even started.
Jerome and Bash were amazing, so respectful and attentive, and they checked in on me throughout the scan when I was struggling, which was very appreciated.
If all healthcare experiences were like this, I’d be significantly less emotionally unstable about appointments and not dread them.
