Dr Mark Hansen has been a radiologist at Qscan Radiology Clinics since August 2006. He contributed to the growth of Qscan and was instrumental in the design and construction of our Mater Private Clinic and Redcliffe practice.
Mark completed his undergraduate medical degree at the University of Queensland in 1997, followed by an internship and residency at the Princess Alexandra Hospital. Mark completed his specialist training in Radiology at the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital in 2005.
In 2005, Mark was awarded the prestigious Uhr Clarke bursary from the Queensland branch of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists, recognising his outstanding performance in the college exams, ranking the highest in the state.
Mark was honoured with the Travelling Fellowship prize by the Society of Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance (SCMR), granting him the opportunity to attend the ISMRM workshop on Real Time MRI held in Santa Monica in 2006.
