Dr Phillip Law has been a radiologist at Qscan Radiology Clinics since 2010. He obtained his medical degree at the University of New South Wales in 2002, followed by an internship and residency at Westmead Hospital in Sydney.
Phillip completed his clinical radiology training at the Princess Alexandra Hospital and is a Level A credentialed specialist in CT coronary angiography. Phillip completed further specialist training in nuclear medicine and PET at the Princess Alexandra Hospital (2010) and Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital (2011), prior to joining the medical staff of the Princess Alexandra Hospital Radiology Department.
In 2014, Phillip was a key team member who established the first clinical PET/MRI service in Australia at the Princess Alexandra Hospital. He pioneered the use of 18F-radiolabelled PSMA PET/CT and PET/MRI in Australia, 18F-florbetaben for the detection of cardiac amyloidosis, and 68Ga-DOTATATE imaging of neuroendocrine tumours and meningiomas using PET/MRI.
